To the beach with Chilli.

Hi Pals,

Jie jie brought me to the beach to meet Chilli, her mummy and aunty. I have not seen Chilli for a while so I am really glad that we have a chance to swim together again. It took me a year to gain enough courage to swim on my own without life jacket but I am still afraid to swim when there are huge wave. I will show you how the waves try to murder me.

I couldn't decide if I should swim as the waves are pretty strong today.
but Chilli had already swam many rounds to fetch her toy.

See, she is already back with her toy again and I have not even started to swim.
She even offered me a ride on "Chilli Tug Boat"

I said, no thanks and besides I did not bring my life jacket today. I am never going to be laughed at again for being dragged out to sea by Chilli so I decided to try pluck up enough courage to swim on my own.
I try to take another step further into the water and suddenly....
a huge wave came and try to drown me.

Oh gosh! Look at me... almost lost my balance...

Luckily the naughty waves did not manage to drown me!
Then I saw another waves coming...
and decided to stay far away from the water... all this while Chilli was totally unaffected and was continuing to play with her dead squeaky toy.

Since jie jie said that I have to exercise. so I decided to do it on land instead of in the water.
I prefer this form of stretching exercise more than to risk being murdered by the naughty waves. How did you spend your Saturday?

Luv,

Snowball

Hi Princess,

you look like you had a great time. You are so brave, those waves were almost bigger than you! I don't blame you for retreating to the beach to exercise!
I'm glad you got to play with your friend.. cute life jacket! I have a life jacket, but it is just for when I go out on the boat with my Dad.
I spent my Saturday being pampered.. which is how all my Saturdays should be spent!!

have a great weekend,

You are very brave, but also have great wisdom. You were smart enough to come in from those killer waves. Roachin' in the sand is more fun anyway.

I would have had a great time in that water, but I am a lot bigger than you. Those waves do look dangerous.

Well, some pups have a love for the water and others not so much. Rosie and Abby aren't big fans either, so don't feel bad Snowball.

That was a very BAD WAVE for trying to murder such a sweet little doggie. You are indeed a brave girl!
