Home Made Treats.

Hi Pals,

Jie jie has always been concerned about what I eat. Not only of the ingredients but also of the brands and where it was originated. As I am very selective of what I eat, I do not approve to the taste of most of the treats sold at the pet shops. I only approved to 3 type of treats and out of these 3 type of treats 2 of them are made in China. As you pups know how trust-able foodie items from China can be. So jie jie had been thinking of making treats for me. She has tried baking cookies for me but I dun like it.

She even thought of getting a food dehydrating machine but mommy has complained about her getting too many things for me and there are no place to store all these items at home. After thinking through for a long time, She decided to try dehydrating some chicken for me using the convection oven at home. So, yesterday, she sliced up some chicken fillet and line them onto the plate and put them into the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.

Nasty Blogger and Firefox!

Hi Pals,

Blogger has been nasty again. It won't allow me to upload any video clips and when we were trying to compose a picture intense post of the dogs jie jie had fostered, Firefox crashed and when we restart the page, we realise that Blogger did not perform autosve on the things we have typed for the past 1 hour. So, our post got eaten... Sigh... We will have to redo the post again and we promise to get it done soon. SNow Blogger won't even let me load anymore pictures. So I can't remind you pups how I look like (in case you do not remember). I hope you won't forget about me. I will be back.

Jie Jie's New Toy.

Hi Pals,

Jie jie has been talking about changing to a new camera for like more than 1 year now and she went to the Sitex 2008 and came back with this.

She said that this camera is waterproof up to 3 meter. She think that she needed a camera with this feature cause there were a few times when she brought me to the beach, I swam to her and try to get her to carry me by pawing her legs with my front paws while she was busy taking pictures of me swimming. When I do that, I cannot float properly and I begin to sink. She panic and quickly scoop me up. Her camera nearly dropped into the water but luckily, it survived. She stop taking pictures while I am swimming after that. These experiences make her think that she really needed a camera that is waterproof. So when she see this camera at the show, she just has to buy it.

So when she came home, she has to test it out. Who do you think she will be testing it with? Well, there isn't any choice cos I am the most photogenic one around.

She played with the edit feature and found something that can add effects to my pictures to give it a vintage look.I decided to corporate with her for some shots.

After a while, I got sick of the modeling job and went to hide by the sofa but the camera monster won't give up. Look at my evil eyes.

Jie jie tried another feature that is for taking pictures in dark surrounding without flash.

Oh dear, I think my suffering has just began. Do you think jie jie will ever give me a break from now on?

My Favourite Sleeping Spot.

Hi Pals,

Jie jie wants me to thank everypup for the compliments on her painting of me.

Today, I would like to show you my favourite sleeping spot. It is under my pawrents bed. When jie jie can't find me everywhere in the house, she will definitely find me under daddy and mummy's bed.

There, she found me in my secret hiding place again.

Sigh... the camera monster is coming...

Alright, I think that is enough. I need to sleep. So please leave me alone...

Walkie at the Park.

Hi Pals,

Jie jie and daddy go to this supermarket for grocery shopping all the time and there is a park just behind the supermarket so I get to tag along to go for a nice walkie at the park.

A picture taken more than 3 years ago.

I have found a picture of me taken 1 year 6 mths (click on the picture to see the date that the picture was taken) before the fateful accident that had caused me to be temporary paralysed for about 2 months. Jie jie says that I was FAT then. What do you think? In my opinion, I am not fat then but its just that I am fit now. She is poor in English so she dunno the difference and I dun blame her...
Yeah. I know I was pretty messy in this picture. At that time, jie jie had no time to take very good care of me cos we were helping to foster more than 10 stray dogs that were facing the fate of being euthanised cos the area they live in was developed into housing area for the hoomans. Do you think I look better then or now? Jie jie says that there are some chemical changes in me after my injury causing my staining problem to go out of control.

No whitening products was ever used on me, be it 3 years ago or now) cos the whitening gel travel into my eyes and irritates them when I cry. I cry because when jie jie do that, she make me sit high up on a table and refuse to let me down. When I dun get things my way. I cry with big fat tears so that daddy or mummy will come to my rescue. Hee... but I am a happy dog and thats all it counts. Dun you agree?

Me and my breakie.

Hi Pals,

This is how I eat my breakie most of the time . It always end up that my hooman have to hand feed me before I can finish my meal. Have a look at these videos. Do anyone of you eat like me?

I was trying to find something to cover my food so jie jie put the loofah dog next to my plate trying to create some competition so that I will eat but I push it around along with the plate instead. Does it look like I am urging it to finish up my food for me?

A little problem I always face...

Hi Pals,

As some of you know, I go to the pet shop at the Mall near my house everyday. When I go to the pet shop, you will see me walking around happily on my own, without leash.

I have never made any mess like peeing or pooing around neither would I disturb the anyone or any of the merchandise on display. (jiejie : except that she will charge at dogs especially those bigger in size than her) I am so good that I even give way to the hoomans when they walk pass me so most hooman find me adorable and I got lots of unwanted attention.

These are some of the comments I always hear. "Look at that dog. She is so "kuai" (obedient in local dialect) no need to be on leash." " Look at the way she walk, its so cute!" " Look, that dog has 2 pony tails. It must be a girl!" .... blah... blah... blah...

The other day, we went to the Pet Safari at Vivo City after my swim at Sentosa. I was being good and minding my own business and checking out the pet shop.

These apparels are out of season....

Lets check out the food and treats.

and at this moment, a few monsterous hands appear trying to touch me.
Can you see that I am trying to avoid the hands?

I think many of you knew about my spinal issues so I am afraid of seeing people bending over me as thou they might fall on me and break my back. The second reason is that I have a few sensitive spots along my neck and back which I dun like to be touched. Even jie jie try to be very careful when she touch me.

I hope they get my message and leave me alone the next time I come.

What do you do when your hooman go out without you? I will bark and mumble and complain to jie jie when she is going out without me.

This video was taken some time ago. Jie jie says that because it was raining so I can't tag along but she still deserve to be barked at for leaving me at home. Right?

Pouting Princess

Hi Pals,

My jie jie was nasty to me again. I am sure you would ask, what have she done this time.

Did you see that I have "red paws"?
That is because I have been licking them.
Jie jie never approve to me licking my paws so I try to do it as discreetly as possible but she always manage to catch me in the act all the time.This is me after being caught red paws in my paw licking act.
I hide my right paw under the floaty bone stuffie and folded my left paw under me cos jie jie did something really nasty to them.
She applied nasty smelling medicated oil on them so that I will leave them alone and I hated that smell...

I am sure that you can tell that I am not happy about it.
So, leave me alone for now. I need to seek comfort from my pool of favourite stuffie toys. I will talk to you again... later...
