Warming up before swim.

Hi all,

I am sure all of you will agree with me when I say that its very important to warm up before we do any exercise, right?

Today, I am going to demonstrate to you on how a proper warm up is done.

Firstly, you start from either side of your body.
Then you have to stretch and move your body thoroughly.

When you are done with one side of your body, you roll over and do the same on the other side of your body.
The only thing about doing warm up exercise at the beach is that you get very sandy.
A good way to get the sand off is to shake your body thoroughly.
It feels good to stretch your muscles.

Now I am ready to swim.Do give it a try over the weekend. I am sure you will love it as much as I do.

Have a good weekend, my friends.

Luv

Snowball

Hi, Snowball...

You are having sooo much fun at the beach...Rolling in the sand is great...

Then you just go in the water & wash off...If you are lucky, your Mom doesn't even give you a bath...

Have fun...

We want that exercise video when you market it. Maybe Bella the boxer could help. Enjoy that great swimming water.

You didn't say to shake the sand off you body and stand next to a hooman while you shake! This gets them off the beach towel every time! hehehehe

Love ya lots

Is that a life jacket you have on? That's really cool. Do you float with that on or can you have a good swim. I wished I liked the water, I would give that a try.

Dear Princess Snowball,
Your warm up looks like lots and lots of fun! We wish we had sand to roll around in and then water to swim in.
We are wanting to come visit.
Enjoy your weekend.

Mom thinks that he sleeps right behind the door because he can't hear and he wants to be sure he wakes up when she comes home...

Hey Snowball, I wouldn't mind a bit of roaching in the sand, but then I wouldn't want to go in the sea to wash it off! J x

Thanks for the demonstration. Now I'll know what to do if I go to the beach. Very helpful.
